Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation
- reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- stand and move for most or all of the shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- create a customer-first service experience
- promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
- maintain a balance between high-quality employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
- develop and grow your team by teaching and leading by example
