Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • eligible to work in the country and pass a background investigation
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

  • experience in restaurant or retail management preferred

  • commitment to food safety and customer service
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • create a customer-first service experience
  • promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
  • maintain a balance between high-quality employee and guest experience, operational metrics, and financial goals
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant
  • develop and grow your team by teaching and leading by example
