Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to commute to work and other locations as needed
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capable of using restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
- Eligible to work in the country
- Pass background check
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training if not currently certified
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant or retail management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages customers to return
- Promote a "Customer First" attitude within the team
- Maintain a high-quality employee and guest experience while achieving operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with proper procedures and culture of food safety
- Manage restaurant operations including use of equipment and adherence to brand standards
- Teach, motivate, and grow the team to improve performance and engagement
