Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work and other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Capable of using restaurant equipment such as register, headset, and grill
  • Eligible to work in the country
  • Pass background check
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training if not currently certified

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant or retail management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
  • Create a service experience that encourages customers to return
  • Promote a "Customer First" attitude within the team
  • Maintain a high-quality employee and guest experience while achieving operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with proper procedures and culture of food safety
  • Manage restaurant operations including use of equipment and adherence to brand standards
  • Teach, motivate, and grow the team to improve performance and engagement
