Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • Serve Safe certification
  • TABC certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and operations
  • Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background check
  • Physical stamina to lift 40 lbs and stand for long durations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years progressive experience in restaurant management or commercial foodservice
  • Proven success in managing costs, labor, and financial planning
  • Serve Safe and TABC certifications required
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Ability to train, inspire, and motivate teams
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
  • Flexible schedule availability including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Plan, direct, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff (FOH & BOH)
  • Coach, motivate, and foster a high-performance environment
  • Guarantee 100% guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and addressing complaints promptly
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and compliance with recipe specifications
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations including Serve Safe standards
  • Drive restaurant profitability through sales growth, budgeting, and analytics
  • Manage labor costs, cost of goods sold, and inventory control
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics and oversee P&L statements
  • Collaborate on marketing efforts to enhance restaurant visibility
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork including sales and attendance reports
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and TABC regulations
