Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Serve Safe certification
- TABC certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial performance and operations
- Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check
- Physical stamina to lift 40 lbs and stand for long durations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years progressive experience in restaurant management or commercial foodservice
- Proven success in managing costs, labor, and financial planning
- Serve Safe and TABC certifications required
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Ability to train, inspire, and motivate teams
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
- Flexible schedule availability including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Plan, direct, and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff (FOH & BOH)
- Coach, motivate, and foster a high-performance environment
- Guarantee 100% guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and addressing complaints promptly
- Maintain high standards of food quality and compliance with recipe specifications
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations including Serve Safe standards
- Drive restaurant profitability through sales growth, budgeting, and analytics
- Manage labor costs, cost of goods sold, and inventory control
- Analyze sales and performance metrics and oversee P&L statements
- Collaborate on marketing efforts to enhance restaurant visibility
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork including sales and attendance reports
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, health, safety, and TABC regulations
