Job Requirements
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
- strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- understanding of p&l management and guest service principles
- open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long hours, climb stools/ladders, and perform routine bending, sweeping, and mopping
- comfortable working in varying temperatures (coolers, freezers, and kitchen areas)

- own the restaurant’s p&l and make decisions that drive profitability
- analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow sales
- lead by example to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- recruit, train, and develop an amazing team of assistant managers, shift coordinators, and team members
- foster a positive, high-energy culture where team members thrive
- provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to boost performance and engagement
- ensure guests receive friendly, fast, and accurate service every time
- resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- engage with your local community to promote the restaurant and brand
- optimize staffing and scheduling for maximum efficiency
- ensure compliance with burger king policies, health regulations, and labor laws
- maintain top-notch operational and brand standards across the restaurant
