Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- Valid driver's license
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds reach with arms and hands stand and walk for long period

Job Duties
- Manage a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
- Oversee product preparation and delivery
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Handle restaurant maintenance and repair
- Manage inventory effectively
- Lead team management including recruiting and retention of team members
- Maintain financial accountability
- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts
