Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
  • Valid driver's license
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Able to lift 10-40 pounds reach with arms and hands stand and walk for long period

Job Duties

  • Manage a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
  • Oversee product preparation and delivery
  • Maintain excellent customer relations
  • Handle restaurant maintenance and repair
  • Manage inventory effectively
  • Lead team management including recruiting and retention of team members
  • Maintain financial accountability
  • Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team
  • Champion recognition and motivation efforts
