Job Requirements

  • Proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage P&L and labor costs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Full availability including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with third-party delivery platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of bar management or craft beer preferred
  • Experience with local area marketing or social media advantageous
  • New restaurant opening experience beneficial

Job Duties

  • Recruit, develop, and lead the restaurant team

  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • Maintain P&L oversight and budget management
  • Forecast and schedule staff effectively
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met consistently
  • Handle customer experience management and conflict resolution
