Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Ability to prioritize own and others work
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and irregular shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant profitability and P&L actively
  • Drive sales through guest service and operations management
  • Motivate team to exceed guest expectations with accurate and friendly service
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold brand standards
