Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Ability to prioritize own and others work
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and irregular shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L actively
- Drive sales through guest service and operations management
- Motivate team to exceed guest expectations with accurate and friendly service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold brand standards
