Job Requirements

  • minimum of three years' experience in restaurant or retail
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certified
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • physical ability to perform duties such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety laws

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • experience with sales building and profit and loss statement management
  • proven success in recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees
  • ServSafe certification
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • valid driver's license and vehicle insurance

Job Duties

  • reinforce the Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • ensure safe, welcoming, and supportive workplace environments
  • oversee the entire restaurant operation including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • maintain health and safety standards in compliance with all laws and guidelines
  • drive exceptional customer service and quality food delivery
  • manage financial performance including P&L analysis and labor control
  • recruit, hire, and train team members while fostering career development
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • build team unity and motivate employees through active communication and recognition
  • minimize loss through strict cash handling and inventory control
  • provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
