Job Requirements
- minimum of three years' experience in restaurant or retail
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- physical ability to perform duties such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety laws
Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- experience with sales building and profit and loss statement management
- proven success in recruiting, hiring, and retaining employees
- ServSafe certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- reinforce the Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- ensure safe, welcoming, and supportive workplace environments
- oversee the entire restaurant operation including staffing, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- maintain health and safety standards in compliance with all laws and guidelines
- drive exceptional customer service and quality food delivery
- manage financial performance including P&L analysis and labor control
- recruit, hire, and train team members while fostering career development
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- build team unity and motivate employees through active communication and recognition
- minimize loss through strict cash handling and inventory control
- provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
