Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous restaurant management experience of 1-2 years
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management
- Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of working long or irregular shifts
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of guest service principles
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts
Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
- Drive profitability by managing the restaurant P&L and financial outcomes
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and fast service
- Handle guest issues promptly and manage guest feedback to develop improvement plans
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Coach team members and managers to enhance performance and skills
- Oversee labor management and scheduling while ensuring compliance with laws and brand standards
