Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous restaurant management experience of 1-2 years
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of working long or irregular shifts
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Knowledge of guest service principles
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Drive profitability by managing the restaurant P&L and financial outcomes
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with friendly and fast service
  • Handle guest issues promptly and manage guest feedback to develop improvement plans
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Coach team members and managers to enhance performance and skills
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling while ensuring compliance with laws and brand standards
