Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) statement and drive financial outcomes
- Oversee guest experience by ensuring accurate, friendly, and fast service
- Respond to guest issues and develop action plans based on feedback
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers
- Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinators when necessary
