Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

  • Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Manage the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L) statement and drive financial outcomes
  • Oversee guest experience by ensuring accurate, friendly, and fast service
  • Respond to guest issues and develop action plans based on feedback
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members and assistant managers
  • Manage labor scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Hourly Shift Coordinators when necessary
