Job Requirements

  • at least 3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • commitment to creating a great workplace culture
  • passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
  • vision for operational excellence and team leadership
  • willingness to embrace daily restaurant challenges
  • at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • ability to drive sometimes for restaurant operational needs
