Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain high service and quality standards
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team while fostering a positive and fun work environment
- Oversee scheduling, training, and development of staff
- Monitor food safety and operational compliance, including maintaining a valid food-handler's card
- Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
