Job Duties
- Own your restaurant's success metrics and lead team to reach goals
- Lead guest experiences ensuring friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding
- Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates
- Inspire a positive and collaborative family environment
- Partner with other General Managers and Area Leaders to grow the business
- Review and submit payroll
- Complete new hire paperwork, employee change forms, and termination forms
- Ensure safe and clean store operation at all times
- Schedule work hours to meet customer service needs and control labor costs
- Operate store in compliance with company policies
- Maintain daily financial and production records
- Keep documentation as specified by leadership and HR
