Job Requirements

- Prior management experience in food service or retail

Job Duties
- Own restaurant success metrics and lead team to reach goals
- Lead guest experiences including friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals
- Grow and mentor the KFC family through training, development, and onboarding
- Communicate team goals, promotions, and business updates
- Inspire a positive and collaborative team environment
- Partner with other general managers and area leaders to advance the business
- Review and submit payroll
- Complete new hire paperwork
- Process employee change and termination forms
- Ensure safe and clean store operations
- Manage work schedules to meet service and cost objectives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Keep daily records of financial and production activities
- Maintain documentation as specified by leadership
