Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- pass background check and drug test
- high school diploma or ged
- servsafe certified
- previous restaurant experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including open availability

- basic computer knowledge

Job Duties
- work the front counter to ensure quality service
- check product quality and communicate with customers
- effectively train and coach employees
- conduct team and management meetings
- develop and maintain sales
- utilize local store marketing
- monitor utilities, supplies, and other costs to minimize impact
- analyze profits and loss statements and take corrective action
- follow proper food preparation and serving procedures
- control restaurant inventory
- use company approved labor guidelines
- develop and post labor schedules
- adjust labor based on sales volume
- manage restaurant cash control and daily bank deposits
- report accidents and incidents timely
- maintain safe work environment
- achieve high health department rating
- enforce restaurant cleanliness and uniform standards
- inform district manager of hiring and promotions
- process payroll
- maintain applicant tracking
- conduct performance reviews
- document disciplinary actions
- maintain personnel files
- post federal and state required posters
- utilize preventive maintenance system
- attend district manager meetings
- perform administrative paperwork as required
