Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous experience in general management of high volume restaurants preferred
  • experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
  • ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work varied hours
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in operational planning and goal setting
  • ability to coach and develop managerial staff
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create achievement plans
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team
  • oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high standards and efficient performance
  • manage recruitment, training, and development initiatives for all team members
  • foster a positive work environment that encourages energy, purpose, and teamwork
