- previous experience in general management of high volume restaurants preferred
- experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
- ability to lead, coach, and develop teams

- previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred or experience in hospitality or retail
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in operational planning and goal setting
- ability to coach and develop managerial staff
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create achievement plans
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team
- oversee day-to-day operations to maintain high standards and efficient performance
- manage recruitment, training, and development initiatives for all team members
- foster a positive work environment that encourages energy, purpose, and teamwork
