Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of multi-unit management experience preferred
- Ability to manage and oversee 3-4 restaurant locations effectively
- Strong operational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to communicate regularly and clearly between multiple store locations and corporate leadership
- Hands-on management style
- Commitment to upholding company standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service restaurants, retail, customer service or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide leadership in employee relations, team building and people management
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
- Ensure proper staff training and development utilizing company-provided resources
- Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems
- Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards are met through training and accountability
- Achieve controllable expenditure levels through proper training, budgets and performance reviews
- Enforce safety, security and cash handling procedures
