Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of multi-unit management experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and oversee 3-4 restaurant locations effectively
  • Strong operational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to communicate regularly and clearly between multiple store locations and corporate leadership
  • Hands-on management style
  • Commitment to upholding company standards and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants, retail, customer service or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership in employee relations, team building and people management
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing
  • Ensure proper staff training and development utilizing company-provided resources
  • Offer superior guest relations through disciplined operating systems
  • Ensure quality, service and cleanliness standards are met through training and accountability
  • Achieve controllable expenditure levels through proper training, budgets and performance reviews
  • Enforce safety, security and cash handling procedures
