Job Duties
- Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in restaurants providing direction and feedback to leadership teams
- Support restaurant leaders in hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within teams
- Build a bench of future leaders
- Collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels
- Promote a positive work environment and self-care
