Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years dining room or restaurant waitstaff experience
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and employees
- Previous experience in banquets or special event planning
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Serve all customers with top-level service
- Assist manager with scheduling waitstaff
- Keep residents satisfied with dining programs
- Coach and train new and current waitstaff
- Foster a strong sense of teamwork
- Acquaint new residents with dining options
- Plan menus with manager
- Build positive relationships with employees, co-workers, and residents
