Job Duties
- Ensure that the food prepared and served adheres to the companys standards of excellence by setting the example for others to follow
- Keep a close eye on food safety practices including ensuring proper hand washing temperature regulation and appropriate management of product shelf life
- Support in resolving customer complaints to ensure a positive and hassle-free dining interaction
- Ensure crew members are performing up to standard by aiding in scheduling tasks managing breaks and overseeing shift changes
- Support and train team members by providing feedback and guidance on food preparation techniques and customer service skills
- Confirm the upkeep and operation of all equipment reporting any malfunctions promptly to appropriate personnel
- Administer tasks that involve cash management banking activities and monitoring inventory levels
- Work alongside team members to collectively achieve set goals for restaurant performance metrics culinary excellence and cleanliness standards
