Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods

  • Experience in scheduling and supervising staff

Job Duties

  • Ensure that the food prepared and served adheres to the companys standards of excellence by setting the example for others to follow
  • Keep a close eye on food safety practices including ensuring proper hand washing temperature regulation and appropriate management of product shelf life
  • Support in resolving customer complaints to ensure a positive and hassle-free dining interaction
  • Ensure crew members are performing up to standard by aiding in scheduling tasks managing breaks and overseeing shift changes
  • Support and train team members by providing feedback and guidance on food preparation techniques and customer service skills
  • Confirm the upkeep and operation of all equipment reporting any malfunctions promptly to appropriate personnel
  • Administer tasks that involve cash management banking activities and monitoring inventory levels
  • Work alongside team members to collectively achieve set goals for restaurant performance metrics culinary excellence and cleanliness standards
