- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles beneficial

Job Duties
- Deliver superior guest service
- Process transactions for payment
- Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house dining areas, patios, and restrooms
- Suggestively sell beverages and pastries
- Act as a guide to guests navigating the service line and dining areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation
- Uphold company standards for guest experience and safety
