Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license in good standing
  • access to private transportation
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • working knowledge of cost of goods sold
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years shift supervisor experience or one year assistant manager experience preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
  • demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • working knowledge of cost of goods sold
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • results oriented and customer focused
  • flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Training, developing and mentoring staff
  • creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
  • monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
  • maximizing store sales and profit goals
  • maintaining QSC standards
  • ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
  • demonstrating drive for results
  • going above and beyond to serve guests
