Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- possess all documents required by state and federal law
- minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in good standing
- access to private transportation
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years shift supervisor experience or one year assistant manager experience preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- working knowledge of cost of goods sold
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- results oriented and customer focused
- flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

- Training, developing and mentoring staff
