Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Have reliable transportation and at least one year of driving experience in the United States
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Have leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Maintain high standards for self and team
  • Be energetic, honest, and motivational

  • Strong team-building and motivational skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
