Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core) within Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
- completion of basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handler's permit where required
- complete Safe Alcohol Service training program if working with alcohol
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular and consistent attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- provide excellent guest service
- accurate cash handling and basic math skills
- interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication with diverse individuals
- ability to work in a team environment and independently
- ability to take and follow direction

Job Duties
- Train and coach team members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- interact verbally with guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- complete assigned administrative functions
- ensure cash handling procedures are completed according to company and brand policy
- manage service of alcohol according to all state and federal laws and regulations
- conduct regular inventory and ordering as necessary
- accept and audit deliveries
- adhere to budgets increasing profits through cost management and sales growth
- handle complex and challenging customer service scenarios
- ensure that team members follow the dress code
- learn and follow the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark's guidelines
- enforce these with all staff fairly and consistently
- report all employee relations issues to the general manager and/or via the employee relations reporting protocol
- consistently identify and sanitize employee and guest high-contact areas
- properly utilize personal protective equipment while completing position-specific tasks
- adapt to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- properly address any safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.)
- perform other work-related duties as assigned
