Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry
- Some management experience in a high volume restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Coursework in hospitality or business preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong work ethic and dedication
- Willingness to participate in a training and certification program

Job Duties
- Cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- Gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, and storage processes
- Participate in menu planning activities
- Work closely with General and Associate Managers
- Complete a one-year certification program on in-store management skills
- Assist in daily operational management tasks
- Support team development and maintain customer service standards
