Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
- completion of a high school diploma
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to complete the certification program
- willingness to work as part of a team
- good physical stamina
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
- education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
- college coursework in hospitality or business preferred

Job Duties
- cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
- gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, and storage
- assist with menu planning
- work closely with General and Associate Managers
- complete a one-year certification program focused on in-store management skills
- support day-to-day restaurant operations
- contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service
