Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
  • completion of a high school diploma
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to complete the certification program
  • willingness to work as part of a team
  • good physical stamina
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high volume restaurant with diversified menu offering
  • education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma
  • college coursework in hospitality or business preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • cross-train in all skill positions within the restaurant
  • gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, and storage
  • assist with menu planning
  • work closely with General and Associate Managers
  • complete a one-year certification program focused on in-store management skills
  • support day-to-day restaurant operations
  • contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service
