Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and inventory management
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and operational regulations
  • Financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in team building and staff development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a similar assistant general manager role preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring operational excellence
  • Monitor and control inventory, maintain food safety and comply with health regulations
  • Analyze financial data to optimize revenue, manage costs, and maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team fostering employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality dining experiences
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and corporate stakeholders
  • Promote a positive work culture that supports team growth and collaboration
