Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- For external candidates, 12 plus months restaurant management experience required
- For internal candidates, 6 plus months experience as Fazoli's Associate Trainer
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as business needs arise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience preferred for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer and assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
Job Duties
- Work with and through others to accomplish goals
- Lead and perform management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, and cash reconciliation
- Ensure great guest service is delivered every day
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Utilize Fazoli's policies, systems and processes to execute concept flawlessly
- Address day-to-day operational challenges including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork to support restaurant success
