Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry preferably in management
- High school diploma required with preferred college coursework
- Ability to stand and walk for 2-5 hours without rest
- Capacity for frequent heavy lifting over 25lbs
- Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary
- Ability to handle task sequencing and administrative responsibilities
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some college coursework in hospitality or business is advantageous
- Prior restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to complete complex administrative tasks
- Certification in store management is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in food production and operations of back of the house and front of the house using company recipes and systems
- Ensure standards for quality food, hospitality, and cleanliness are met
- Work closely with General and Associate Managers to complete certification in store management skills
- Assume management responsibilities during absence of salaried managers
- Participate in ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning tasks
- Supervise team members and support operational tasks
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
