Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years or older
- At least 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- At least 6 months experience as a Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations
- Ability to lead by example and uphold company core values
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and mentor crew and staff
- Oversee inventory management and supply ordering
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
- Perform cash reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Foster a positive team environment and uphold core company values
