Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations
  • previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • internal candidates must have Fazoli's associate trainer experience
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least 12 months of restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • minimum 6 months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • proficiency in team collaboration and problem-solving

Job Duties

  • lead the management team to ensure daily operational success
  • oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels
  • create and manage employee schedules to optimize labor resources
  • perform cash reconciliation and maintain financial accuracy
  • provide leadership and training to crew members to enhance guest service
  • enforce company policies and quality standards to uphold brand integrity
  • assist in marketing and sales-building efforts to drive revenue growth
