Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations
- previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
- internal candidates must have Fazoli's associate trainer experience
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- at least 12 months of restaurant management experience for external candidates
- minimum 6 months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- excellent customer service orientation
- proficiency in team collaboration and problem-solving
Job Duties
- lead the management team to ensure daily operational success
- oversee inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels
- create and manage employee schedules to optimize labor resources
- perform cash reconciliation and maintain financial accuracy
- provide leadership and training to crew members to enhance guest service
- enforce company policies and quality standards to uphold brand integrity
- assist in marketing and sales-building efforts to drive revenue growth
