Job Requirements
- minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- ability to lead teams and deliver operational excellence
- strong conflict-resolution and communication skills
- recruitment and training experience
- knowledge of food safety and inventory control
- ability to work 45 hours weekly on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to meet physical demands of role such as standing and lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain food-safety licenses or certifications
- valid driver’s license
- at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead and coach restaurant teams alongside the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
- provide exceptional guest experiences and foster a welcoming environment
- recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures to maintain consistent standards
- assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense control
- lead local restaurant marketing efforts
- maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
- work a variable schedule including opening, mid, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- meet physical requirements such as standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain required food-safety certifications
- occasionally drive as needed
