Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet your center's needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties for leagues
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team and motivate effectively, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction, along with ongoing training and supervision of staff
