Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Strong team player

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet your center's needs and maximize the guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties for leagues
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team and motivate effectively, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction, along with ongoing training and supervision of staff
