Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
- Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work an average of 50 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance targets
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
- Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment combining full-service restaurant and entertainment operations
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion company core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
