Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven capability to manage full scope of operations
  • Physical and mental stamina to work demanding schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members
  • Proven ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant and entertainment operations efficiently
  • Control food and beverage costs while optimizing labor efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
