Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proven ability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedule
- Genuine impactful leadership abilities
- Ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experience
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
