Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

- Relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina for managing high-volume business days
- Genuine and impactful leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Capacity to inspire and guide a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
