- Exceptional communication skills
- Skilled in financial management including cost control and labor optimization
- Ability to inspire and guide teams

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage financial aspects including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly to maintain seamless service
