Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Skilled in financial management including cost control and labor optimization
  • Ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical and mental stamina
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage both detailed daily operations and strategic planning

  • Physical and mental stamina to manage demanding schedules
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage financial aspects including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve issues promptly to maintain seamless service
