Job Requirements
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people developer
- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, maintain high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
