Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, maintain high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
