Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests providing exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administration
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate amongst the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and sales growth
  • Adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
