Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people development skills
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests providing exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- Lead, motivate, and delegate amongst the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and sales growth
- Adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
