Job Requirements
- High school graduation or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of direct service experience in mental health
- Valid driver’s license
- Current personal vehicle insurance listing applicant as a driver
- Willingness to use personal vehicle for client transportation and meetings
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with organizational policies
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED equivalent
- At least one year of direct service experience in a mental health setting
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Personal vehicle insurance with the applicant listed as a driver
- Ability to use personal and company vehicles for client transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide direct and indirect mental health services to individuals and groups
- Facilitate client transportation to appointments and groups using personal or company vehicles
- Maintain a safe and supportive residential environment
- Collaborate with treatment teams to support client recovery plans
- Document client interactions and progress accurately
- Support clients in daily living activities and skill development
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
