Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a citizen or a legal resident alien
  • Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing with staff
  • Capable of performing duties in a professional manner and to write necessary incident reports
  • Make independent good judgment decisions within proper policy or procedure
  • Must be able to work mornings, afternoons and weekends
  • Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Maintain clean and presentable uniform
  • No use of personal electronic devices while on post

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing
  • Capable of performing duties in a professional manner including writing incident reports
  • Ability to make independent good judgment decisions within proper policy or procedure
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all guests
  • Provide resident services including package handling and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval
  • Adhere to all front desk procedures including completing incident reports for management and responding to emergency situations
  • Ensure resident and guest concerns are resolved professionally and timely
  • Stand and greet everyone who approaches the property or desk during the length of the shift
  • Maintain a complete, clean and presentable uniform at all times
  • Do not use personal electronic devices while on post
