Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas hallways staircases and elevators
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Wash windows walls and doors
- Sanitize bathrooms kitchens and laundry rooms
- Report and repair minor maintenance issues
- Assist with snow removal and landscaping
- Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events
- Deliver packages and mail to residents
- Assist with residential move-ins and move-outs
- Follow health and safety regulations and protocols
