Job Requirements
- College degree in social work, gerontology, health care administration, human services or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment
- Knowledge and experience in resident service coordination, resident and family support systems, marketing and community outreach
- Knowledge of social community service delivery systems preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computer programs
- Compatibility with Presbyterian Homes & Services mission and operating philosophies
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Plan, implement and monitor resident services for housing and assisted living
- Support residents through resident advocacy, service coordination, marketing and admission processes
- Act as liaison between management and residents
- Assist the Site Leader in campus operations
- Participate in planning and implementing strategies and programming to ensure high quality resident care
- Achieve short and long-term operational goals and objectives
- Coordinate community outreach and family support systems
