Job Requirements

  • College degree in social work, gerontology, health care administration, human services or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment
  • Knowledge and experience in resident service coordination, resident and family support systems, marketing and community outreach
  • Knowledge of social community service delivery systems preferred
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other common computer programs
  • Compatibility with Presbyterian Homes & Services mission and operating philosophies
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Plan, implement and monitor resident services for housing and assisted living
  • Support residents through resident advocacy, service coordination, marketing and admission processes
  • Act as liaison between management and residents
  • Assist the Site Leader in campus operations
  • Participate in planning and implementing strategies and programming to ensure high quality resident care
  • Achieve short and long-term operational goals and objectives
  • Coordinate community outreach and family support systems
