Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma
  • 1-3 months related experience
  • computer literate

Job Duties

  • Facilitate Resident Services programs and activities as designated by the department manager
  • teach classes to residents as needed
  • maintain and report end of month volunteer participation and department activities to the Director of Volunteers
  • assist with maintaining the Touchtown system including inputting events, residents' birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and emergency announcements
  • escort residents to group outings and activities
  • assist with audio/video equipment required for activities
  • drive company vehicles occasionally as required
