- working knowledge of Entrata and Real Page Ops Tech preferred

- assistant community manager experience
Job Duties
- Be the go-to person for residents and cultivate a strong community
- proactively tackle resident concerns with professionalism
- develop creative resident retention strategies with the Leasing Manager
- manage community communication including newsletters and emails
- conduct resident satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
- oversee online reputation and handle reviews strategically
- enforce community policies fairly and consistently
- answer incoming calls professionally
- maintain client records and update reports accurately
- collect rent and fees ensuring timely payments
- process invoices and manage vendor payments
- assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- maintain accurate financial records
- assist in monthly financial report preparation
- plan and execute all community events with budgeting and vendor coordination
- manage event logistics from purchasing supplies to onsite supervision
- track event success and gather feedback
- assist Community Manager with daily operations
- coordinate maintenance requests and follow up
- conduct property inspections and identify improvements
- maintain organized resident files
- collaborate with leasing team to support leasing efforts
- communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues
- participate in training programs to refine skills
- maintain regular communication with leadership
- assist with special projects
- availability to work evenings and weekends
