Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- excellent telephone communication skills
- prior experience in customer-facing role in senior living community is desirable

Job Duties
- Greet, direct and provide customer service to residents, associates, visitors and guests, both in-person and via telephone
- fill in at receptionist desk when needed
- perform general office work including distribution of communications and incoming mail, copying, filing, mail preparation, creating and/or updating documents, videos, announcements and flyers
- provide technology support to residents for phone setup, computer problems, printing issues, personal devices, and personal programs/applications such as email, social media, smartphone/tablet
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers ensuring organizational objectives are met and individuals feel appropriately served
- accept delivery packages, document receipt in log book, and notify residents of delivery
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assist the Director of Administrative Services with projects and assignments
