Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Job Duties
- Greets, directs and provides customer service to residents, associates, visitors and guests, both in-person and via telephone
- fills in at receptionist desk when needed
- performs general office work including distribution of communications and incoming mail, copying, filing, mail preparation, creating and/or updating documents, videos, announcements and flyers
- provides technology support to residents for their phone setup, computer problems and printing issues, personal devices and personal programs/applications such as email, social media, smartphones/tablets
- solves issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while meeting organizational objectives and ensuring individuals feel appropriately served
- accepts delivery packages, documents receipt in log book, and notifies recipients
- prepares maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- assists the Director of Administrative services with projects and assignments
