Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Prior experience in customer facing role in senior living community is desirable

Job Duties
- Greets, directs and provides customer service to residents, associates, visitors and guests, both in-person and via telephone, filling in at receptionist desk when needed
- General office work including distribution of communications and incoming mail, copying, filing, mail preparation
- Creating and/or updating documents, videos, announcements and flyers
- Provides technology support to residents for their phone, set-up, computer problems and printing issues, personal devices and personal programs/applications such as email, social media, smartphone/tablet
- Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served appropriately
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident of delivery
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Director of Administrative services with projects/assignments
