Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • ability to provide hospitality with professionalism
  • experience in concierge or similar guest service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • proficiency with computer software
  • physical ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • capability to work harmoniously with a team
  • commitment to comply with company policies and procedures
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of post-secondary education preferred
  • one to three years concierge experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • fluent in English, written and verbal
  • additional language an asset
  • ability to use variety of software
  • ability to push, pull, carry and lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism - accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolve resident complaints
  • assist residents with inquiries related to residence, hotel, and resort services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and directions
  • process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
  • store and retrieve resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers
  • coordinate with valet parking staff for vehicle retrieval
  • manage and provide access to building(s) and units for authorized vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • assist with vendor and contractor scheduling and verifications
  • control entry doors and elevator/lift access
  • maintain updated collateral and information on local vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and events
  • provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents
  • update homeowner profiles with relevant information
  • utilize software to input special arrangements and ensure accurate billing
  • monitor the fire alarm panel and respond to emergency situations by providing access to emergency personnel
  • coordinate booking of elevators/lifts for move-in and move-out post first occupancy
  • comply with all Four Seasons guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
  • assist Resident Service Attendants during absences or high volume periods
  • collaborate closely with hotel/resort teams to ensure smooth handling of resident deliveries, reservations, and special requests
  • maintain residential lobby cleanliness and tidiness
  • perform other tasks or projects as assigned by leadership
